NOTICE OF BANK MERGER Notice is hereby given that Morton Community Bank, an Illinois state bank with its main office located at 721 West Jackson Street, Morton, Illinois 61550, intends to apply to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation to merge First Bank of Manhattan, an Illinois state bank with its main office located at 230 S State Street, Manhattan, Illinois 60442, with and into Morton Community Bank. It is contemplated that all offices of the above named institutions will continue to be operated. Any person wishing to comment on this application may file his/her comments in writing with the Regional Director of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation at its Regional Office, 300 South Riverside Plaza, Suite 1700, Chicago, Illinois 60606, not later than June 21, 2026. The non-confidential portions of the application are on file at the Regional Office and are available for public inspection during regular business hours.
