NOTICE OF BAR DATE RELATING TO CLAIMS AGAINST OR INTERESTS IN REDITUS LABORATORIES, LLC On April 14, 2022, by order of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, Tazewell County, Illinois (the "Court"), Adam P. Silverman, Esq. (the "Receiver") was appointed as the receiver pendente lite for Reditus Laboratories, LLC (the "Company"). PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, by order of the Court, any person holding or wishing to assert either (a) a claim against the Company, or (b) an equity interest in the Company, must submit proof of such claim or interest on or before December 22, 2025. Failure to submit such proof of claim or interest in a timely manner and on the appropriate form will be barred from asserting such claim against or interest in the Company, and from participating in any distribution of the receivership.
