All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying, and being in the City of Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia, in a subdivision known as West Savannah, and known and designated on the present map of said City as Lot Number eleven (11), Block number eight (8), Glen Ward. Said lot having a combined frontage of thirty (30) feet on Coventry Street (formerly 4th Street) and a rectangular depth Southwardly of one hundred (100) feet to a lane and as a whole being bounded as follows: On the North by Coventry Street (formerly 4th Street),on the East by a lot number twelve (12), said Block and subdivision, and Ward; on the South by a lane; and on the West by lot number ten (10) said Block, Subdivision, and Ward.

Said property may be redeem by anyone having the right to do so at any time before 07/25/2026, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: Charles W.
