TO: ANDREW SCOTT BENTON:2011 Gunther Place, Savannah, Georgia 31404, and 2020 Causton Bluff, Savannah, Georgia 31404; DONALD THOMAS CREECH, as Trustee of the trust created U/W of Ouida (Oida) C. Smith f/b/o Sherry S. Benton: 2011 Gunther Place, Savannah, Georgia 31404 and 102 Dove Lane, Savannah, Georgia 31406; OCCUPANT: 2011 Gunther Place, Savannah, Georgia 31404 and to the Heirs at Law, Legatees, Executors, Devisees, Administrators, Legal Representatives, Successors, Assigns, Officers, Stockholders, Trustees and Assignees of each and every one of the above named persons, firms, and/or corporations above named. Take notice that the right to redeem the following described property to wit:
All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land with improvements thereon, situate, lying, and being in the City of Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia and known Lots One Hundred Forty-Four (144), One Hundred Forty-Five (145); and One Hundred Forty-Six (146), Meyer Ward (Formerly known as Ingleside), as appears upon a map or plan of subdivision by Percy Sugden, C.E., recorded in Book of Maps 1, Folio 299 Clerk's Office, Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia. Said lots hereby conveyed as one body or tract bounded North by lot One Hundred Forty-eight (148); East by Gunter Place or Street, on which they have a combined frontage of Ninety (90) feet; Bounded South by lots One Hundred Forty-two (142) and One Hundred Forty-three (143) on said plan; and West by lands not designated on said map; having a depth of One Hundred Ten (110) feet from Gunter Place Westward as shown on said map.

Will be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 23rd of August, 2026.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is as follows:
AHTE6, LLC. received the property through a City Tax Deed from the City of Savannah, dated June 3, 2025 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia, Book of Deeds 3735 Page 86. Said property may be redeem by anyone having the right to do so at any time before 08/23/2026, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: Charles W. Bell & Associates, P.C., 511 East York Street, Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia.
