NOTICE OF BOND REFERENDUM OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WINSLOW FIRE DISTRICT NO. 1, TOWNSHIP OF WINSLOW, COUNTY OF CAMDEN, NEW JERSEY AVISO DE REFERÉNDUM DE BONO DEL MUNICIPIO DE WINSLOW DISTRITO DE INCENDIO N.º 1, MUNICIPIO DE WINSLOW, CONDADO DE CAMDEN, NUEVA JERSEY TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Fire Commissioners of Winslow Township New Jersey shall hold a Bond Referendum during the Annual Election on November 4, 2025, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Elm Fire Hall, Waterford Fire Hall, Winslow Township Municipal Building, The Meeting House, Winslow Township Fire District, Bud Duble Senior Center, Christ Care Unit, Sicklerville United Methodist Church, Christian Harvest Worship Center, Winslow Baptist Church, Winslow School #4, and Edgewood Acres Community Building. En ese momento, la siguiente pregunta de referéndum se colocará en la boleta y se votará sobre ella: WINSLOW TOWNSHIP FIRE DISTRICT NO. 1/ DISTRITO DE INCENDIO DE WINSLOW TOWNSHIP N.º1 PROPOSAL/ Propuesta The Commissioners of Fire District No. 1, in the Township of Winslow, County of Camden, New Jersey ("Fire District") are authorized to: (a) undertake a capital improvement program consisting of (i) the acquisition of a Rescue Engine Truck and Fire Support Vehicles, together with related vehicle outfitting and the acquisition of such other equipment as may be necessary to make such vehicles fully operational, (ii) acquisition of miscellaneous fire/rescue equipment, (iii) improvements and modifications to and outfitting of existing fleet apparatus, (iv) capital improvements to all of the existing fire stations owned by the Fire District (Cedar Brook Station, Sicklerville Station, and Waterford Works Station), including but not limited to (A) facility addition and improvements to Church Road Station, including living quarters and storage, (B) internal repairs, replacements, renovations and improvements at each Fire Station including, but not limited to restrooms, hallways, apparatus bays and doors, apparatus parking aprons, painting, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, sprinkler systems and other critical infrastructure improvements, replacements and renovations, and (C) external repairs, renovations and improvements at each Fire Station including, but not limited to, facility repairs and upgrades, and milling, grading and repaving of parking areas and other critical infrastructure improvements, replacements and renovations, together with such other equipment and work as may be necessary to complete such projects; (b) expend for all of the foregoing an amount not to exceed $6,000,000; and (c) issue and sell bonds or bond anticipation notes of the Fire District or enter into a lease purchase agreement for said purposes in the amount not to exceed $6,000,000.
