Notice of Change in Practice Ownership and Continuity of Care Effective February 16, 2025, National Spine & Pain Centers' affiliated offices located in Fayetteville, Greenville, Lumberton, and Spring Lake, North Carolina, will be ceasing operations. These locations will be operated by another practice, Capital Spine and Pain, under different ownership. Medical records will be retained at Capital Spine and Pain. Patients may continue to receive services at these same locations from Capital Spine and Pain.
