BLACK, Deceased, Estate No. 2025-PR-0000232 Notice is given of the death of VERNON F. BLACK on July 10, 2025. Letters of Office were issued on August 19, 2025, to FRANK E. DOYLE of 1695 Norton Road, Hudson, OH 44236, whose attorney of record is William C. Connor, Attorney at Law, P.C., 4600 N. Prospect Road, Suite 1, Peoria Heights, Illinois 61616. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Peoria County Courthouse, 324 North Main Street, Peoria, Illinois 61602, or with the above representative, or both, on or before the 5th day of April 2026, or six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this Notice, whichever is later, or, if this Notice was mailed to you, three (3) months from the date of mailing or delivery, whichever is later. Any claim not filed within that period is barred. Within 10 days after a claimant has filed its claim with the Court, the claimant must mail or deliver a copy of the claim to the representative and to its attorney of record and file with the Court proof of mailing or delivery of said copies.
