Notice of Closing of Medical Practice Notice is hereby given that Brevard Ear Nose and Throat Center, David M. Whitley, M.D., Rachel Brock, M.D., Sarah Lawrence, PA-C, Catalina Garcia, PA-C, Mary Kyle, M.A., CCC-A, and Julia McDowell, AuD., CCC-A are closing their medical and hearing aid practice located at 1099 Florida Avenue, Rockledge Florida 32955 effective July 17, 2026. Dr. David Whitley and Dr. Rachel Brock will no longer be available to treat patients after July 17, 2026. Rachel Brock, M.D. will start with HealthFirst medical group August 3, 2026. Patients who wish to obtain a copy of their medical records or have them transferred to a new physician should contact Attention: Medical Records at 1099 Florida Avenue, Rockledge Florida 32955, 321-632-6900, or portal@brevardentcenter.net before July 17, 2026.
