NOTICE OF COLLECTION OF TAXES TOWN OF MOUNT PLEASANT Notice is hereby given as required by Law that the undersigned, Grace Papa, Receiver of Taxes, Town of Mount Pleasant, New York, received from the Supervisor, Town of Mount Pleasant, New York, on the 9th of March 2026, the warrant for the collection of Westchester County, Town of Mount Pleasant and Town District taxes and assessments in and for the Town of Mount Pleasant in the County of Westchester and State of New York, and that the said collection shall begin on the 1st of April 2026 at the Office of the Receiver of Taxes, One Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla, NY 10595 in person during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. or by mail addressed to the same. POSTMARK BY APRIL 30TH TO AVOID PENALTY The following is a statement of the penalties for deferred payment of the said taxes and assessments to wit: RATES OF PENALTIES May.............................2% June-July......................5% August-September.........7% October-December..........10% January-April..................12% May 1st to Date of Foreclosure: 1% per Month on unpaid delinquent tax (12% per Annum) plus expenses of Posting and Publication of Sale.
