NOTICE OF COMBINED REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR DESIGN-BUILDER Worthington Libraries Board of Trustees is requesting statements of qualifications with competitive, sealed proposals pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 153.693(A)(2), from firms to provide design-build services for its Northwest Library Branch Cooling Tower and Boiler Replacement Project.
