Notice of Complete Application - National Grid Inghams-St. Johnsville Rebuild Project The applicant is proposing the construction of a 7.3-mile long 115 kV overhead electric transmission line involving the installation of +/- 76 steel structures and 4 temporary wooden structures from existing Inghams Substation, in the Town of Manheim, Herkimer County to the St. Johnsville Substation in the Village of St.Johnsville, Montgomery County. The proposed project has been reviewed pursuant to 16 NYCRR Part 102 of the NYS Department of Public Service regulations and will result in approximately 0.0396 acres of permanent impacts and 4.5 acres of temporary impacts to state and federally regulated wetlands and 0.0194 acres of permanent impacts and 1.4394 acres of temporary impacts to freshwater wetland adjacent areas, associated with the installation of structural foundations, poles, and timber matting for equipment access. Comments on this project must be submitted in writing to the contact person no later than 05/28/2026 or 15 days after the publication date of this notice, whichever is later.
