NOTICE OF CONDEMNATION TO LONE PINE CORP. MONMOUTH COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT CASE NO. MON-L-004149-25 TAKE NOTICE THAT On November 14, 2025 Freehold Township (the "Township") filed a Complaint in Condemnation to acquire portions of the Lone Pine Landfill, Monmouth County Block 91, Lots 51-54, with a street address of 1091 Burke Rd, Freehold, NJ 07728 (the "Property") owned by Lone Pine Corp. The Property is located within a designated redevelopment area where the Township is authorized to utilize its condemnation power under the New Jersey Local Redevelopment & Housing Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1, et seq. and the Eminent Domain Act of 1971, N.J.S.A. 20:3-1, et seq. ("EDA"). Please note that the Township does not desire to acquire other property owned by Lone Pine Corp. other than Block 91, Lots 51-54. The Court issued an Order to Show Cause on November 14, 2025. If Lone Pine Corp. wishes to present a legal challenge to the Township's legal action, a representative of Lone Pine Corp. must do so by December 10, 2025 by filing with Superior Court under the above-referenced caption.
