NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARDED

NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARDED THE BORDENTOWN SEWERAGE AUTHORITY has awarded a Contract for Risk Management and Insurance Consulting Services without competitive bidding after a fair and open process as an extraordinary, unspecifiable service pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11 5(1)(a)(ii). The Contract and the Resolution authorizing it are available for public inspection at the offices of the Authority. The Contract has been awarded to The Barclay Group for a period of one year commencing March 1, 2026. The Contract has a value in an amount equal to 4% of the Authority's annual assessment as promulgated by NJUAJIF. This value equates to $7,341.76 for this Contract period.
