NOTICE OF CONTRACTOR'S FINAL SETTLEMENT In accordance with Section 38-26-107 C.R.S., Poudre School District will make final payment to and settlement with Front Range Commercial Flooring project - Multiple schools (2515 Timberwood Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80528 & 5400 Mail Creek Ln, Fort Collins, CO 80525) on October 31, 2025. This date will be the date of final settlement under Section 38-206-107 C.R.S. Claims containing a verified statement of the amounts due and unpaid by any person or firm that furnished labor, materials, sustenance, or other supplies for the project, must be received by Alex Hendricks, Planning and Construction Manager, 2445 Laporte Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado 80521 by 5:00 p.m. on the final settlement date written above.
