PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a judgment of foreclosure entered by the court in the above-entitled cause, the property hereinafter described or so much thereof as shall be sufficient to satisfy said judgment, will be sold to the highest bidder.

Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 7, thence North 245.4 feet, more or less, to the South right of way line of Illinois Terminal Railroad, thence Easterly along the said right of way line 1865 feet, more or less, to the Northwest corner of that parcel of land conveyed by deed from Rule, et al to Dake, et al, recorded in Book 250 at Page 252 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Sangamon County, Illinois; thence South 274.4 feet, more or less, to the Quarter Section line, and thence West 1865 feet, more or less, to the place of beginning EXCEPT Lot 5 of Block 1 AND EXCEPT Lots 1,2,3,4 and 5 of Block 2 of Rule's Addition to Illiopolis.
