NOTICE OF DECISION
Borough of Montvale Planning Board
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on April 21, 2026, the Borough of Montvale Planning Board (the "Board") adopted a resolution (the "Resolution") memorializing its decision granting the application of 128 Montvale LLC ("Applicant") for a change of use and occupancy approval and a site plan exemption (the "Application") with respect to property in the Borough of Montvale having a street address of 128 Chestnut Ridge Road and being designated as Block 2602, Lot 4 on the Borough of Montvale Tax Map (the "Property").
The Board approved the applicant's Application for a tenant (Tim Horton's restaurant) to occupy an approximately 1,900 sq. ft. commercial retail space in the existing building.
The Resolution has been filed with and is available for public inspection at the office of the Board, which is located at the Borough of Montvale Municipal Building, 12 DePiero Drive, Montvale, New Jersey 07645, during regular business hours. Alternatively, a copy of the Resolution will be available by visiting the Borough of Montvale website https://www.montvale.org/publicnotices.
