NOTICE OF DECISION Borough of Oradell Zoning Board of Adjustment PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 16, 2026, the Borough of Oradell Zoning Board of Adjustment (the "Board") adopted a resolution (the "Resolution") memorializing its decision granting the application of Golden Care Therapy LLC (the "Applicant") for minor site plan approval, along with use variance relief, with respect to property in the Borough of Oradell having a street address of 2 Forest Avenue, Oradell, New Jersey 07649, and being designated as Block 503, Lot 64, on the Borough of Oradell Tax Map (the "Property"). The Board approved the Applicant's application to use the ground floor portion of the existing building on the Property as an Applied Behavioral Analysis 1:1 Therapy Use for Persons Aged 2-18 Years with Autism (the "ABA Therapy Use"). The Board granted the Applicant use variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(d)(1), for an ABA Therapy Use where same is not permitted. The Resolution has been filed with and is available for public inspection at the office of the Board, located at the office of the Construction Official at the Borough of Oradell Borough Hall, 355 Kinderkamack Road, Oradell, New Jersey 07649, during regular business hours.
