NOTICE OF DECISION
CITY OF CAMDEN PLANNING BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 11, 2026, the City of Camden Planning Board granted, Applicant, 1828 Realty Associates, LLC, Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan, Variance and Waiver Approval to add a 28,184 square foot addition and 4,000 square foot addition to increase manufacturing operations; and other site improvements such as concrete pads and an ADA electrical charging space upon property located at 1801 Federal Street and more particularly identified as Block 1188, Lot 3 on the official tax map of the City of Camden (the "Property").
The Property is located in the GI-2 General Industrial Zoning District.
Copies of the Resolution, which was adopted by the City of Camden Planning Board on June 18, 2026, are available for inspection with the Director of Community Development and may be reviewed during normal business hours.
This Notice is being published in compliance with the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Camden and the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law.
