NOTICE OF DECISION CITY OF CAMDEN PLANNING BOARD TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons that the City of Camden Planning Board conducted a public hearing on June 19, 2026 at which hearing the application of Camden Transformation Partners, LLC requesting approval for Preliminary and Final Site Plan and Major Subdivision for property known as Block 62, Lots 17, 18, 19, 20, Block 62.01, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and Block 62.02, Lots 24 and 25 on the Tax Map of the City of Camden, located on Centennial Avenue, Camden, New Jersey (the "Property") was considered. Said application was granted. On July 9, 2026, the City of Camden Planning Board adopted a Resolution memorializing its decision.
