NOTICE OF DECISION City of Hoboken Planning Board PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 23, 2026 the City of Hoboken Planning Board (the "Board") adopted a resolution (the "Resolution") memorializing its decision granting the application of Carma Dispensary, LLC (the "Applicant") for minor site plan approval along with conditional use approval with respect to property in the City of Hoboken having a street address of 300 Observer Highway, Hoboken, New Jersey 07030 and being designated as Block 2, Lot 12 on the City of Hoboken Tax Map (the "Property"). The Board approved the Applicant's application to fit out an approximately 1,640 sq. ft vacant portion of the ground floor of the existing building on the Property with a Class 5 Retail Cannabis Dispensary, along with related site improvements, including, but not limited to, façade, awning and ADA accessibility improvements. The Resolution has been filed with and is available for public inspection at the office of the Board, which is located at the City of Hoboken City Hall, 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, New Jersey 07030 during regular business hours, which are typically Monday through Friday (9:00 am through 4:00 pm).
