NOTICE OF DECISION
City of Jersey City Planning Board
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on October 28, 2025, the Planning Board of the City of Jersey City (the "Board") adopted a resolution (the "Resolution") memorializing its decision granting the application of 240-242 Terrace, LLC (the "Applicant") for minor site plan approval (the "Application"), with respect to property having a street address of 240-242  Terrace Avenue, Jersey City, New Jersey 07305 and being designated as Block 1202, Lot 15, on the City of Jersey City Tax Map (the "Property").
The Board approved the Applicant's Application to demolish the existing site improvements and to construct a new three- (3) story residential building consisting of five (5) residential dwelling units and one (1) accessory dwelling unit, along with ancillary site improvements, including but not limited to, landscaping and lighting infrastructure.
The Resolution has been filed with and is available for public inspection at the office of the Board, which is located at the Division of City Planning, 1 Jackson Square, 2nd Floor, Jersey City, New Jersey 07305, during regular business hours.  Additionally, copies of the Resolution will be available by contacting the Division of City Planning, at (201) 547-5010, during regular business hours, or by emailing the Division of City Planning at cityplanning@jcnj.org.
