NOTICE OF DECISION
City of Jersey City Planning Board
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 26, 2026, the Planning Board of the City of Jersey City (the "Board") adopted a resolution (the "Resolution") memorializing its decision granting the application of 35 Fairview Ave LLC (the "Applicant") for a one- (1) year extension (the "Application") of the previously granted preliminary and final major site plan approval with respect to property having a street address of 35 Fairview Avenue, Jersey City, New Jersey 07304, and being designated as Block 16703, Lot 9, on the City of Jersey City Tax Map (the "Property").
The Board previously approved the Applicant's application to construct a new four- (4) story mixed-use development consisting of 15 residential dwelling units (the "Original Approval") on the Property by way of Resolution P2023-0044 (the "Prior Resolution") which was memorialized on May 21, 2024.
The Board now grants the Applicant's application for an extension of the Original Approval through May 21, 2027.
The Prior Resolution and the Resolution have been filed with and are available for public inspection at the office of the Board, located at the Division of City Planning, 1 Jackson Square, 2nd Floor, Jersey City, New Jersey 07305, during regular business hours.
