NOTICE OF DECISION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at the conclusion of a hearing held before it on August 4, 2025, the Joint Land Use Board of the Township of Waterford granted the application of the undersigned Applicant for a one (1) year extension of use variance approvals previously granted by the Joint Land Use Board on August 7, 2023, as memorialized by Resolution No. 23-12, adopted on September 18, 2023, and extended for one (1) year by said Board on August 5, 2024, as memorialized by Resolution No. 24-09, adopted on August 19, 2024. The use variance approvals extended by this action allow the Applicant to construct, establish and maintain a Class 5 Cannabis Retail facility and a Class 2 Cannabis Manufacturing facility where cannabis uses are not permitted in the R-1 Zone and where more than one use is not permitted on the same property, subject to first obtaining subsequent site plan approval at a future date. The approvals granted on August 4, 2025 extended the expiration date of the prior use variance approvals from September 18, 2025 to September 18, 2026. The extension of approvals described herein pertains to the property shown and designated as Lot 6 in Block 202 on the Township of Waterford Tax Map which property is located at (Unnumbered) C. William Haines Boulevard in Waterford Township, New Jersey.
The decision of the Board to grant the extension of use variance approvals was memorialized in a written Resolution adopted by the said Township of Waterford Joint Land Use Board on August 18, 2025 and is available at the office of the Secretary to the Joint Land Use Board at Waterford Township Municipal Building, 2131 Auburn Avenue, Atco, New Jersey.
