NOTICE OF DECISION
Please take notice that the Cranbury Township Planning Board ("Board") has granted an application for development filed by Cranbury Senior Apartments, LLC ("Applicant") regarding real property located at 1274 S. River Road and designated as block 5, lot 16.01 on the municipal tax map. The Board granted preliminary major site plan approval for the demolition of all existing buildings and construction of a four-story building containing sixty senior affordable apartment units, along with parking and associated site improvements.
The Board also approved the following variance under the municipal land use ordinance:
1. Section 150-25.4(B)(7) – maximum impervious coverage: 40% permitted; 50%, approved.
The Board granted this application on August 26, 2025 and its decision was memorialized in a written resolution that the Board adopted on October 9, 2025. A copy of the memorializing resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer. A copy is available to any interested party for a reasonable fee and is available for public inspection during municipal business hours.
