NOTICE OF DECISION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at the conclusion of a hearing held before it on October 8, 2025, the City of Vineland Planning Board granted an extension of a previously granted final minor site plan approval (granted on January 13, 2021) through February 10, 2026 in order to allow the undersigned applicant to construct, establish and maintain a 47,022 square foot building expansion along with site improvements to an existing industrial building and an additional 41,866 square foot building expansion on Block 604, Lot 3.11 on the City of Vineland, New Jersey Tax Map which property is located at 2640 Freddy Lane, Vineland, New Jersey.
The decision of the Board was memorialized in a written Resolution adopted by the City of Vineland Planning Board on November 12, 2025, and is available at the office of the City of Vineland Land Use Technical Assistant/ Planning and Zoning Board Secretary, 640 Wood Street, Vineland, New Jersey 08362.
