NOTICE OF DECISION
Please take notice that the Borough of Lawnside Zoning Board of Adjustment ("Board") has granted an application for development filed by Charley's Cheesesteaks and Wings ("Applicant") regarding real property with a street address 210 N. White Horse Pike, designated as Block 1401, Lot 4.01 on the current municipal tax map. The Board granted bulk variance approval for the replacement and addition of signage at the property.
The Board approved the following variances:
1. Section 96-167(A)(1) – maximum number of wall signs: 1 (one) wall sign permitted per business; 3 (three) wall signs existing; 2 (two) wall signs approved;
2. Section 96-167(A)(3) – maximum signage area for wall signs: 30 square feet permitted; 2 (two) wall signs up to 50 sf each approved; and
3. Any and all additional variances required in connection with size, height, location, type and setback of any existing or proposed sign.
The Board granted this application on November 25, 2025 and its decision was memorialized in a written resolution that the Board adopted on December 23, 2025. A copy of the memorializing resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer. A copy is available to any interested party for a reasonable fee and is available for public inspection during municipal business hours.
