NOTICE OF DECISION CITY OF ENGLEWOOD PLANNING BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the City of Englewood, County of Bergen, State of New Jersey, at a meeting held on November 17, 2025, granted approval to the application of Onlysavor LLC d/b/a Schmackary's, for property located at 41 W Palisade Avenue, Englewood, New Jersey, also known as Block 610, Lot 16.01, and located in the Downtown D-1b Zoning District. The application sought approval for two (2) identical internally illuminated wall signs with channel lettering and logo, including variance relief for sign letter height and logo height pursuant to applicable provisions of the City of Englewood Zoning Ordinance. The Planning Board memorialized its approval by Resolution adopted on December 15, 2025, under Case No. PB-25-007, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations set forth in the Resolution. A copy of the Resolution is on file and available for public inspection during normal business hours at the office of the Land Use Secretary, City of Englewood, 73 South Van Brunt Street, Englewood, New Jersey.
