NOTICE OF DECISION
THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE CITY OF CAMDEN
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons that the Planning Board of the City of Camden conducted a public hearing on January 8, 2026 at which hearing the application of McGuire Preservation Urban Renewal, LLC requesting approval to install a tot lot over an existing playground and a 980 square foot maintenance shed within the McGuire Gardens Park of the McGuire Gardens apartment complex at the property located at NE Rand Street and Sewell Street designated as Block 1223.05, Lot 5 (the "Property") was considered.
Said application was granted. On February 12, 2026, the Planning Board of the City of Camden adopted a Resolution memorializing its decision. The full decision is on file with the Administrative Officer of the Board and available for inspection in the Planning Board Office at 520 Market Street, City Hall, Room 224, Camden, New Jersey and may be viewed during regular business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).
