NOTICE OF DECISION
On February 9, 2026, the Planning Board of the Borough of Morris Plains adopted a Resolution memorializing the granting of preliminary and final site plan and variance approvals to the Applicant, Rivian, LLC, for the property located at 329 Speedwell Avenue, Block 23, Lot 1.01 on the tax map of the Borough of Morris Plains. The approval will permit the conversion of an existing commercial building into an electric vehicle service center with electric vehicle charging stations, landscaping, lighting and signage. A copy of the Resolution is on file and available for public inspection in the office of the Planning Board Secretary in the Municipal Building Annex, 531 Speedwell Avenue, Morris Plains, New Jersey 07950, during that office's normal business hours.
