NOTICE OF DECISION Please take notice that the City of Linden Zoning Board of Adjustment ("Board") has granted an application for development filed by Hutton Linden E Edgar St LLC ("Applicant") regarding real property with a street address 2067 East Edgar Road, designated as Block 434, Lot 14.02 on the current municipal tax map. The Board granted amended preliminary and final site plan approval major site plan approval to construct a 3,844 sf Modwash express car wash. 1. Section 31-25.9-Digital reader on a freestanding sign approved, were such signage is not permitted. The Board granted this application on February 2, 2026 and its decision was memorialized in a written resolution that the Board adopted on March 2, 2026. A copy of the memorializing resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer.
