PLEASE take notice that on April 8, 2026 the Berkeley Township Board of Adjustment adopted a Resolution granting a statutory extension of time to the Applicant, Arlington Beach Co., Inc, to perfect its approval which was previously adopted by resolution on March 26, 2025. The property in question is located at Block 1724, Lot 3C.04, Berkeley Township, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey. The approval is subject to conditions set forth in the Resolution. A copy of the Resolution has been filed in the office of the Board Secretary at the Township's Municipal Building, 627 Pinewald-Keswick Road, Bayville, New Jersey 08721, and is available for public inspection during normal business days and hours (except holidays).
