NOTICE OF DECISION Please take notice that the City of Burlington Joint Land Use Board ("Board") has granted an application for development filed by Tiffany DeRita ("Applicant") regarding real property with a street address 305 High Street and designated as block 135, lot 2 on the municipal tax map. The Board granted site plan waiver and conditional use approval to permit the conversion of the first floor of the existing building to a licensed body art studio with six (6) tattoo stations, one (1) piercing station and a designated waiting area. The Board granted this application on April 22, 2026 and its decision was memorialized in a written resolution that the Board adopted on May 27, 2026. A copy of the memorializing resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer.
