NOTICE OF DECISION
Please take notice that the Borough of Somerdale Planning and Zoning Board ("Board") has granted an application for development filed by Allan Ladd, Jr. ("Applicant") regarding real property with a street address 210 S. Warwick Road, and designated as Block 145, Lot 3.03 on the municipal tax map. The property is located in the R-1 zoning district and improved with an existing 1.5 story duplex. The Board granted use variance approval and waiver of site plan review to permit the Applicant to convert the existing duplex into a triplex.
The Board granted the following variance under the municipal land use ordinance:
1. Section 162-140: a triplex is not a permitted principal use in the R-1 zone. The Board granted use variance approval to convert the existing duplex to a triplex.
The Board granted this application on April 29, 2026 and its decision was memorialized in a written resolution that the Board adopted on May 27, 2026. A copy of the memorializing resolution is filed in the office of the municipal administrative officer. A copy is available to any interested party for a reasonable fee and is available for public inspection during municipal business hours.
