NOTICE OF DECISION NOTICE OF DECISION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 10, 2026, the Planning Board of the City of Hackensack granted site plan approval to Esther Realty, LLC for the property located at 112-120 Hackensack Avenue, Hackensack, New Jersey, also identified as Block 500.01, Lots 78 and 82 on the City of Hackensack tax map. The approval permits the development of the property for the relocation and expansion of White Manna, including construction of a fast food restaurant, related site improvements, parking, access, drainage, landscaping, utility, sidewalk, curb, and other associated improvements, together with any related variances, waivers, exceptions, conditions, and approvals granted by the Board. The Board memorialized its approval by Resolution adopted on July 8, 2026. A copy of the Resolution and supporting documents are on file and available for public inspection in the office of the City of Hackensack Planning Board, Hackensack City Hall, 65 Central Avenue, Hackensack, New Jersey, during regular business hours.
