NOTICE OF DECISION On July 13, 2026, the Lacey Township Planning Board adopted a Resolution memorializing the granting of minor site plan approval to the Applicant, RavenVolt, Inc. (Application No. 26-SP-02), for the Walmart property located at 580 North Main Street (US-9), Block 629, Lot 1.01 on the Tax Map of Lacey Township. The approvals will permit the installation of two diesel generators and related equipment on the property. A copy of the Resolution is on file and available for public inspection in the Lacey Township Planning/Zoning Office, 124 South Main Street, Forked River, New Jersey 08731, during that office's normal business hours.
