NOTICE OF DECISION THE BOROUGH OF SURF CITY LAND USE BOARD TAKE NOTICE that on the 27th day of May 2026, the Borough of Surf City Land Use Board (the "Board") approved Resolution of Memorialization App. # 2026-07: Kelly Capital Group LLC (collectively, the "Applicant"), Block 45, Lots 11 & 12; 1819 N. Long Beach Boulevard in the Borough of Surf City. The Board denied the Applicant's request for a minor subdivision and variance to realign the existing property lines to create two new residential lots fronting on 19th Street.
