NOTICE OF DECISION TOWNSHIP OF WAYNE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an application was filed by Interstate Outdoor Advertising, L.P. for Minor Site Plan and "d(3)" Conditional Use Variance approval and waivers for the conversion of an existing northbound billboard located at 1105 State Route 23, Wayne, NJ from a static billboard to a digital billboard. The Property is identified as Block 815, Lot 2 and is located in the Industrial ("I") zoning district. The proposed digital billboard sign face is approximately 13 feet in height and 47 feet in length totaling approximately 611 square feet. Additionally, the existing sign face, exterior catwalk, and light fixtures for the existing northbound static billboard will be removed for the proposed improvements. On May 4, 2026, a public hearing was held by the Township of Wayne Zoning Board of Adjustment at which time the application was approved. The resolution memorializing the decision was adopted on May 18, 2026.
