NOTICE OF DECISION - TOWNSHIP OF WOODBRIDGE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on December 11, 2025, the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Woodbridge adopted a Resolution granting bulk variance approval to 36 Avalon Drive, LLC for property located at 36 Avalon Drive, Colonia, New Jersey, also known as Block 476.04, Lot 6, pursuant to §150-78(A)(21) of the Township Land Use and Development Ordinance, to permit a driveway width greater than permitted by ordinance.
A copy of the Resolution is on file and available for public inspection in the Office of the Zoning Board Secretary, Township of Woodbridge Municipal Building, 1 Main Street, Woodbridge, New Jersey, during normal business hours.
