NOTICE OF DECISION WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons that the Washington Township Planning Board conducted a public hearing on March 17, 2026 at which hearing the application of Smyle, LLC requesting approval for Preliminary and Final Site Plan for property known as Block 51.01, Lot 1.02 on the Tax Map of Washington Township, located at Park Place Boulevard, Washington Township, New Jersey (the "Property") was considered. Said application was granted. On May 19, 2026, the Washington Township Planning Board adopted a Resolution memorializing its decision.
