NOTICE OF DECISIONS

NOTICE OF DECISIONS TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons that the City of Camden Planning Board conducted a public hearing on November 17, 2025 at which hearing the application of Cooper Health System requesting approval for Minor Site Plan to permit HVAC equipment to be placed on the ground behind the building on the property located at 3 Cooper Plaza, designated as Block 1443, Lot 6 (the "Property") was considered. Said application was granted. On December 11, 2025, the City of Camden Planning Board adopted a Resolution memorializing its decision. The full decision is on file with the Administrative Officer of the Board and available for inspection in the Planning Board Office at City Hall, 520 Market Street, Room 224, Camden, New Jersey (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).
