NOTICE OF DEEMED APPROVAL

NOTICE OF DEEMED APPROVAL PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the application of Ouida Jones/Sciancalepore, for a conditional use variance, for the property located at 4 Stone Hill Court, Hackettstown, 07840, also known as Block 3.14 Lot 21, in Washington Township, Morris County, New Jersey, was deemed approved by operation of law pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-73, effective October 2, 2025. The deemed approval occurred due to the failure of the Washington Township Zoning Board of Adjustment to render a decision within the statutory 120 day period, and no written extension of time was granted by the applicant. This notice is being published pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-10(i), and the 45 day period for any appeal of this deemed approval begins on the date of this publication.
