NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION AND REQUEST TO PRESENT CLAIMS Hotel Tango Whiskey, Inc., an Indiana corporation (the "Company"), hereby gives notice that the Company was dissolved effective May 6, 2026. Any person or entity with a claim against the Company should present the claim in writing and mail it to: Hotel Tango Whiskey, Inc. Attn: Claims Administrator 4000 W 106TH ST STE 125 BOX 280 CARMEL, IN 46032-7730 A claim should include: (1) the claimant's full legal name; (2) mailing address, email address, and telephone number; (3) the nature and basis of the claim; (4) the date or dates on which the claim arose; (5) the amount claimed; and (6) copies of any invoices, contracts, correspondence, judgments, or other documents supporting the claim. Pursuant to Indiana Code 23-1-45-7, a claim against the Company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two (2) years after the publication date of this notice.
