NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY Notice is hereby given that Plaza Road Shopping Center L.L.C., a Limited Liability Company of the State of New Jersey (the "Company"), has been dissolved on July 9, 2026 in accordance with the New Jersey Revised Uniform Limited Liability Act, N.J.S.A. 42:2C-1, et seq., and is in the process of winding up the Company's business and activities. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 42:2C-51, persons having claims against the Company are requested to present them in accordance with this notice. The following information is required to be contained in a claim: the claimant's name and address, the nature of the claim, the amount claimed, and the basis for the claim. The claim must be presented in writing and sent to the Company at the following mailing address: Plaza Road Shopping Center L.L.C. c/o Robert J. Inglima, Jr., Registered Agent, 1 Deerhill Drive, Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey 07423-1705. A claim against the Company will be barred unless an action to enforce the claim is commenced within five (5) years after the date of publication of this notice.
