NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF MAHAN OVEN AND ENGINEERING COMPANY, INC. Notice is hereby given that MAHAN OVEN AND ENGINEERING COMPANY, INC., a South Carolina corporation, (the "Corporation"), is being dissolved voluntarily by resolutions of the Board of Directors and the Shareholders and that Articles of Dissolution have been filed with the Secretary of State of South Carolina, pursuant to Section 33-14-101 et seq., of the South Carolina Code of Laws. A claim against the Corporation is barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five years after the publication of this notice. This notice is being given pursuant to the requirements of Section 33-14-107 of the South Carolina Code of Laws and does not constitute a waiver of any defense which the Corporation has or may have to any claim, including and without limitation, a defense based on any statute of limitation. Claims should indicate the name of the claimant, the address of the claimant, the amount of the claim and a description of the claim.
