NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF REE VEST, INC. NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF REE VEST INC. IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the provisions of Section 180.1407 of the Wisconsin Statutes that: (1) Ree Vest Inc., a Wisconsin corporation, has dissolved effective December 8, 2025; (2) all persons with claims, whether known or unknown, against Ree Vest Inc. or its directors, officers, or shareholders, in their capacities as such, must present such claims to Ree Vest Inc. in writing via first class mail, postage prepaid, c/o John C. Keller at Johnson Financial Group, 4120 N. Galaxy Drive, Appleton, WI 54913; (3) each claim must describe in detail the nature and amount of the claim or an estimate of such amount, the date upon which the claim arose, and the facts and circumstances giving rise to the claim. Each claim must be accompanied by documentation supporting or substantiating the claim; and (4) any alleged claims against Ree Vest Inc. or its directors, officers or shareholders will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within 2 years after the publication of this notice.
