PEPPERWOOD PROPERTIES, LLC, AN IOWA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Pepperwood Properties, LLC, an Iowa limited liability company, resolved to dissolve on August 19, 2025, and has filed a Statement of Dissolution with the Iowa Secretary of State.
As a result, any claims against Pepperwood Properties, LLC, must be placed in writing, documented by any supporting evidence, and mailed to Crystal Raiber for Pepperwood Properties, LLC, at Phelan Tucker Law, 321 East Market Street, Iowa City IA 52245. All claims against Pepperwood Properties, LLC, will be forever barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five (5) years after the publication of this Notice.
