Notice of Dissolution

Notice of Dissolution Notice is given that Jerome, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company ("Company"), has been dissolved effective October 24, 2025. All persons with claims against the Company are directed to present them in accordance with this Notice. Claims must be filed with the Company at the following address: Lowe Law Firm, P.C., Attn: Richard C. Lowe 2375 Woodlake Drive, Suite 380, Okemos, MI 48864, (517) 908-0900. Each claim must be in writing and include (1) the name and address of the claimant, (2) the basis for and amount of each claim (in sufficient detail to permit the Company to make a reasonable judgment whether the claim should be accepted or rejected), (3) all documents supporting the claim, and (4) the date or dates on which each claim arose.
