NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED AND CLAIMANTS OF SOUTHSIDE PARK EQUIPMENT, INC., FORMERLY KNOWN AS BOLTON & HAY, INC., IOWA CORPORATION NO. 5046: Southside Park Equipment, Inc., formerly known as Bolton & Hay, Inc., filed Articles of Dissolution on November 17, 2025. All persons with claims against Southside Park Equipment, Inc. must present them in writing as follows: 1. The claim must include the name of the claimant, the address of the claimant, the telephone number of the claimant, the amount claimed, the date the claim was incurred, and the detailed basis for said claim. The claim must be accompanied by all written evidence supporting said claim. 2. Claims must be addressed and mailed postage prepaid to Southside Park Equipment, Inc., c/o Kenworthy Law, PC, Attn: Martin J. Kenworthy 1204 S. 46th Street West Des Moines, IA 50265. 3. NOTWITHSTANDING FILING OF THE CLAIM, ANY CLAIM AGAINST SOUTHSIDE PARK EQUIPMENT, INC.
