NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION Pursuant to Section 280(b) of the Delaware General Corporation Law, notice is hereby given that Envergia Inc., a Delaware corporation, has filed a Certificate of Dissolution with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware and is in the process of winding up its affairs. All persons or entities with claims against the Corporation must present such claims in writing, stating the claimant's name, address, the amount of the claim, and the basis for the claim.
