Notice of Dissolution In accordance with and pursuant to the terms of the Alabama Business and Nonprofit Entities Code and specifically Section 10A-1-9.22 of the Code of Alabama (1975), as amended, notice is hereby given that Special Olympics Alabama Foundation, an Alabama nonprofit corporation (the "Foundation"), filed its Certificate of Dissolution and was dissolved effective May 4, 2026. Any persons with claims against the Foundation should send written notice to the Company at the following address: 880 South Court St., Montgomery, AL 36104, Attn: Lawrence Molt. Such claim should set forth the name of the claimant, the address and telephone number of the claimant, the nature of the claim, including, but not limited to, all facts supporting such claim, and the date the claim arose.
